Speaking of cookie dough…these bites are completely safe to eat, and store easily in the fridge for quick bites whenever the need strikes!

If this isn’t the most stunning dessert I’ve ever seen. Forget the fact that it’s paleo, gluten-free, vegan friendly, it’s going to make everyone want a taste of this beauty.

6. Almond Butter Blender Muffins

What’s a blender muffin you ask? It’s exactly what it sounds like. Add everything to a blender, mix, pour into muffin tins, bake, and enjoy! It’s that simple.

7. “Almond Joy” Bars

This recipe is an easy one to make both paleo and vegan with the use of coconut and almond elements, because well…that’s what an Almond Joy is all about! This recipe shockingly (and wonderfully) only uses 5 key ingredients!

The aroma that wafts throught the house of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies is a childhood memory that I don’t want me or my kids to miss out on. So even with dietary restrictions, we can all enjoy this favorite sweet treat.

To be honest, even I’m shocked to see this be an option! With cassava flour, and other ingredients like maple syrup and coconut milk, you can 100% indulge.

12. Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Probably my favorite summertime dessert, made in a way I can enjoy. With a “crumble” made deliciously of coconut and almond flour, it will be a recipe you’ll be relying on through all your backyard parties all season long.

13. PB & J No-Bake Thumbprint Cookies

No bake cookies? Don’t mind if I do. But peanut  butter you ask? That’s not paleo! Well, with the use of sunflower seed butter (which many may argue tastes better than peanut butter anyhow) it is completely compliant, and freaking delicious. Did I mention no-bake, too?! woot!

14. Red Velvet Chocolate Cake Pops

Cake pops aren’t off the menu for you! With some special swaps (and the use of some trickster vegetables) you have yourself a handheld cake pop that will rival your old Starbucks habits.

15. Vanilla Ice “Cream”

This dessert is pulled off with only 5 ingredients, and none of them are bananas. So can you guess what they are?! Make this in a blender, and you’ll be scooping it from the freezer for…days? weeks? However long you can make it last (we don’t judge!).
