You can involve your whole family in the process. We especially love chocolate treats at Christmas time. It’s the holidays, so don’t worry about eating these sweet desserts. If you want to bump up the flavor, consider adding nut extracts, liqueurs, or citrus zest. Mini marshmallows are added to the top and the whole pie is placed under the broiler. These would be the perfect dessert to serve with coffee and tea after a large dinner. If you or a loved one have a peanut allergy, substitute soy nut butter for the peanut butter.
