If you’re like me, you often are looking for ways to meal prep and save money. That often comes with buying things in bulk. Including “family pack” sizes of chicken breast! These often have 8-10 breasts in each, and this is a great opportunity to take those and divide them into multiple meal options. No, this doesn’t mean you have to eat chicken breasts 4 times this week, because once you’ve prepared your marinades, you can FREEZE them too!

This one the flavor marinaded so perfectly into the chicken that you could really taste all the elements that went into it. With ingredients like soy sauce, garlic & honey we paired it with a brown rice since it held so much flavor itself, we didn’t want too overpowering a side. However, this would go quite amazing with some Asian noodles, or some Chinese broccoli.

We loved this one paired with a pasta & marinara. It’s delicious and has those classic Italian flavors you know you and love.

This one we paired with a slaw, because it’s light and refreshing and while it would also go well with a rice or Mexican side, we wanted to keep it light.

For that Indian flavor-infused chicken, this one hit the spot. Really simple ingredients, and the color was absolutely beautiful from the curry powders. Paired with a simple basmati rice, this is a healthy way to enjoy a curry without it being smothered in creamy sauce.
